After years of struggling with reactive skin and increasingly aggressive skincare routines, founder Alison Araya began studying botanical oils and the role they’ve played throughout ancient beauty rituals across cultures.
What began as personal healing evolved into years of formulation research and experimentation — exploring how nutrient-dense plant oils could support changing skin gently, intelligently, and without compromise.

I’m Alison Araya — actress, formulator, and woman on a sacred return.
FEMMEUINE was born from my own personal renaissance. After two decades in the world of storytelling and performance, I found myself craving a different kind of expression — one that wasn’t about playing a role, but about reclaiming the rituals that had been forgotten… the ones that ground us, nourish us, and restore our radiance.
I began to study the wisdom of ancient botanicals. The way our grandmothers — and their grandmothers — used oil, flower, root, and resin not just to beautify, but to bless. I listened. I mixed. I remembered.
And from that remembrance, FEMMEUINE was born.
