Return & Exchange Policy

Because our products are small-batch, handcrafted, and made with active botanicals, all sales are final.

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened products due to the sensitive nature of skincare and the energetic integrity of our ritual items.

Gua Sha Stones & Ritual Tools:

Gua Sha tools are carved from natural stone and are final sale. Each one is unique, just like you. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged.

Damaged Goods:
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us at femmeuine@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery with a clear photo and your order number. We will be happy to replace the item or offer a store credit where appropriate.
